Dominican artist Silfa Casso gives us a realism painting of the Old Newark Station located in New Jersey. His use of acrylic colors of blue gives us an intense sky with very little clouds. The station’s historic architecture includes an elegant clock tower and a brick and stone façade on the station’s main building. Newark Broad Street opened in November of 1836 and is known today as the oldest remaining train station in Newark.
