The Bird Peak

This piece of artwork is a conceptual art piece that is made with acrylic and metal on canvas. It is of a peach colored Taino bird. Taino birds were usually interpreted as symbols of being masculine. The bird is surrounded by a snake, scaly fish, a music note, and other birds. It is interesting to see the artist paint eyes in different areas of the canvas to make faces. The acrylic colors on this original painting include magenta, orange, yellow and different shades of browns.
