The Northern Owl

Dominican Artist, José Javier Contreras painted this grand, original painting of an owl whose big eyes look at the viewer with an omniscient stare. Mr. Contreras spoke about creating the painting and said that he was ,“ thinking of the forest, in my head came the image of an owl with big eyes, stealthy and small”. The background is a solid yellow gold, perfectly embracing this wise and entrancing owl.
